Until further notice, we have implemented new policies and procedures for a safe reopening. Our new policies are temporary and may sound strict for the time being, but we are going to do our best to protect everyone as necessary!


New Client Policies & Procedures:


  • If you have any signs of illness, even mild such as a runny nose, we will require you to reschedule.

  • If you have been around anyone exhibiting signs of illness, even mild, we ask that you reschedule.

  • We recommend that all clients wear facial masks upon entering. Facial masks can be removed once you are in your esthetician's facial room.

  • Hand sanitizer will be placed throughout the spa. You are required to use hand sanitizer/wash hands immediately upon arrival.

  • We will only allow 3 clients in the spa at once during this time. Clients are not permitted to bring guests or children.

  • We have allotted ourselves a gap between clients for proper cleaning and disinfection. All clients must show up at their designated appointment time. Clients can not be more than 10 minutes early, and late appointments will be rescheduled and accessed a $50.00 late/cancellation fee. No exceptions.

  • We ask that clients do not touch any retail items. Let your esthetician make recommendations and pull the items needed for purchasing.

  • Boutique items can not be tried on during this time and until further notice.

  • All retail sales will be final to eliminate risk of contamination.

  • All visits must be scheduled in advanced. For product purchase needs or gift certificates, please refer to the website.


Extra measures we are taking to better protect our clients:


  • The entrance door will be propped open for easy access.

  • Estheticians will be wearing facial masks at all time.

  • Estheticians will wear gloves during all facials.

  • We will only be using disposable applicators at this time.

  • We have installed Air Purifiers with UV-C Light Therapy in all facial rooms for better air quality.

  • The spa has a laundry facility. Laundry will be immediately washed and sanitized after each client.

  • We are taking extra time between clients to properly sanitize and disinfect facial rooms, equipment, restrooms and common areas with appropriate medical grade disinfectants.

  • We will follow and adhere to all state recommendations for our industry until further notice.



Even with all of these new procedures put in place, we can not guarantee that the virus won't spread. All treatments are elective treatments chosen by the client and all clients assume the risk of illness. If, for any reason, you are concerned about viral spread, we ask that you hold off on scheduling a treatment until such time that you are comfortable doing so. We will get through this, one day at a time!
